  • Can I cancel or modify an order once it has been placed?
    To cancel or modify an order, please contact us within 12 hours after the order has been placed. Any requests after that will be assessed on a case by case basis. Your happiness is our highest priority. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you are welcome to return it for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. We are delighted to offer complimentary returns for all domestic orders. If you redeem a complimentary promotional item with purchase, please be aware that this item will need to be returned along with the other returned items. Only products purchased from Aahana Organics may be returned for a refund or exchange. We cannot accept items purchased from another retail store location for an exchange or refund. We also cannot accept empty jars, nearly empty jars, or jars filled with tampered with or other creams for refund or exchange. Shipping costs are not eligible for refunds. If a package is marked as delivered, but it is stolen or you are unable to locate it, we are unable to refund the order amount. We are not responsible for personal damages to an item. If the item has been dropped, stolen, spilled, misused, etc., we cannot refund or accept a return. Simply contact us for a complimentary prepaid return label. We will issue the refund back to the original form of payment within 5-7 business days upon receiving the return shipment and send an email confirmation confirming the details of your refund.

  • Will Aahana Organics products be quickly effective for my skin?
    Aahana Organics uses herbs, flowers, carrier oils, butters, waxes and true essential oils. All Aahana Organics ingredients can be used to nourish, replenish, and revitalize the skin and therefore the health of the body. But just like starting a new diet, the body must have time to adjust. This is also true of our skin! You may experience Aahana’s products with little to no disruption, however, it is possible that an adjustment period may be required for the skin to acclimate to your new routine. Be patient and loving with your body. Disclaimer: It is always advisable to seek out medical attention if irritation continues, if your pregnant or breastfeeding, and if you have health concerns or are on any medications.
  • How soon will I see the results?
    Aahana Organics uses herbs, carrier oils, butters, waxes and real essential oils. All ingredients can be good for the skin and the health of the body. But just like starting a new diet, the body must have time to adjust. This is also true of the skin. Many people experience no disruption, but those who do should not have initial concern. It may take up to a month for the skin to adjust to the new routine as well as the new products. Be patient and loving with your body.
  • How long will my products last?
    All of our products have a 12-month shelf life. However, due to the nature of the organic products, they can be preserved for up to 3 years if refrigerated.
  • What products are dosha specific?
    All our products are formulated to be tri-doshic. Meaning, it is safe, healthy and balanced for all dosha types.
  • Are your products safe during pregnancies?
    Clear with your doctor if using while pregnant
  • How do I know the product has gone rancid?
    It will smell different. It will become dry and sticky.
  • How do I prevent my products from going rancid?
    Keep them in stable conditions, not in fluctuating temperatures. Keep out of direct sunlight.
